Jacob L. Adams Elementary School, located in the Fairfield District, is named for Dr.Jacob L. Adams, a prominent local dentist, who was a member of the School Board from 1945-1963. Jacob L. Adams Elementary School was opened in the fall of 1967 for grades 1-6.
